Braly Families,

 

It is with great pride and excitement that I write this letter of introduction to you as the newly appointed Principal of Braly Elementary School.  I am honored to have the opportunity to lead a school with such a rich tradition of education!  I have been dedicated to the field of education for more than seventeen years.  I taught a variety of ages, both in elementary and middle school.  My most recent administrative experience was in Kansas where I served as a Principal in a K-5 school.  I am excited and eager to bring my skills as an educational leader to Braly Elementary School and work with you as a partner in education to ensure your child's success.

 As you know, this school year will begin with distance learning.  Our teachers and staff have been preparing to teach your child in this unique environment, and are dedicated to providing academic, social, and emotional support this year.  Communication between school and home is going to be more essential than ever.  Please be sure to read all information in school/district newsletters so that you can be up to date as changes occur based on directives from state and local leaders.  Know that we are here to help in any way that we can.  Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your child so that we can work together to see our community grow.

I will soon send information out about class assignments and material distribution.  If you have any questions before then, please give us a call to set up an appointment.  Our office hours will be 8:30am-11:30am starting August 3.  We will follow all social distancing guidelines and will ensure all those on campus are as safe as possible.  We appreciate your support as we navigate an unprecedented reopening of Braly Elementary.
